Visit the link below to access the lender’s equipment loan page.
Click on “Apply for a Loan”.
Under Equipment Loans, click on “Start Application”.
Indicate you qualify because you’re a “licensed Chiropractor belonging to their state association”.

It’s important you follow this exact flow to ensure your application is reviewed correctly.
